Located in Tulum, Mexico, Casa Azul marked the artist’s first venture into independent hospitality and real estate operations through Noumir Group. Conceived as a private retreat, the two-bedroom villa combined contemporary architecture, tropical surroundings, and curated cultural experiences to explore a more intentional approach to hospitality. Beyond the physical property, Casa Azul became the foundation for developing the Noumir Protocol, a proprietary hospitality operating system designed to integrate guest communication, property management, pricing, and service coordination. Self-funded and independently operated, the project served as an early experiment in translating the artist’s interests in architecture, design, technology, and human experience into a functioning hospitality business. Casa Azul represents the first physical expression of Noumir Group’s broader vision: The World, Curated.
